Contextualize your time at the The Aspen Meadows campus by learning about the history of the Institute, and some basic Aspen history, by touring this Bauhaus-inspired campus designed by Herbert Bayer. You will visit the outdoor sculptures and earthworks and see the art exhibitions on view. Begin your stay by being inspired by the unique surroundings that are the beginnings of the Aspen Institute. You will be guided by Aspen Institute Art Curator, Lissa Ballinger.
The Aspen Institute places the highest value on the health and wellbeing of its staff and participants. To ensure the safety of those on our campus, we ask that all participants wear a face covering over their nose and mouth and maintain six feet of social distance from anyone not in their household. If you are feeling sick, we ask that you please stay home. Our tours are limited to a maximum of 6 people.
