Erin McAlister serves as Communications Manager for the Future of Work Initiative. Prior to her role at the Aspen Institute, she worked on the media relations team at Siemens’ U.S. headquarters, focused on the energy industry, as well as workforce development topics.

Erin holds a BA from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.
