Gerald Hosier is an attorney specializing in intellectual property litigation. Forbes magazine and other prominent publications have recognized him as one of the top plaintiff’s trial lawyers. He has served as a founder or board member of companies in the fields of massively parallel super computers, video games and electronic voting machines, among others. He is currently the managing partner of Brush Creek Capital, a family investment company. The Hosier family foundation supports many charitable causes including construction of a building at the Aspen Center for Physics, named in honor of his parents. Mr. Hosier holds an airline transport pilot certificate and is type rated in several jet aircraft including a Gulfstream 550. He received a BS in electrical engineering from Northwestern University and a JD from DePaul University, where he established a Distinguished Visiting Professorship in 2000.
