Jay Marshall is a Managing Director and Chief Learning Officer at AlixPartners, LLP. He is also non-executive Chairman of the Board of TKXS, a B2B technology and solutions company and Chairman of the Board of Visitors at Southwestern University. He is a past chairman of The Dallas Opera and has been on the boards of the Dallas Symphony Association and the AT&T Performing Arts Center. Jay earned a BS in chemical engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Texas Graduate School of Business, where he was named a Sord Scholar and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence. 

A 1997 Henry Crown Fellow of The Aspen Institute, he has also served on the Henry Crown Fellowship Program’s Board of Overseers. He is a Senior Moderator with the Executive Leadership Seminars Department and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
