Judy serves as director of the Aspen Wye Fellows program.

Judy Price serves as the Director of the Wye Fellows and Director of the Aspen Institute Wye River campus. She oversees the programming, cultivation and stewardship of this important group of engaged supporters from the Chesapeake Bay region. The Aspen Wye Fellows has doubled to more than 225 members since Judy came on board and Fellows now enjoy more than 25 events annually at the Institute’s Wye River and DC locations. Membership donations from the Wye Fellows not only support the Institute’s overall mission but also programs designed to enlighten today’s and tomorrow’s leaders that are held throughout the year at its Wye River Conference Center.

Judy brings over thirty years of managerial, legal and stewardship experience to her position with the Institute. She was the Executive Director of the nationally renowned Waterfowl Festival and its affiliate Waterfowl Chesapeake Inc., managing and raising support for one of Maryland’s largest and most complex annual public events benefiting wildlife conservation. She previously served in the Maryland Attorney General’s Office as Deputy Counsel of the Department of Housing and Community Development, also acting as general counsel to the Maryland Historical Trust. Judy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Maryland College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland.
