Victoria is the Senior Communications Coordinator for the Aspen Institute’s Leadership Division. She graduated from the George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs, concentrating in International Conflicts and International Conflict Resolution, and a double major in Anthropology with a minor in Archaeology from the Elliott School of International Affairs. She also holds an M.S. in Communications from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
