Ideas Worth Teaching
Your weekly inspiration and curated discussion starters.
The Ideas Worth Teaching initiative is designed to draw attention to important new ideas about the role of business in creating a sustainable, inclusive society. We produce a tightly curated, weekly email for business school faculty and others, with the goal of prompting new conversations in the classroom about relationships between corporations, capital markets, and the public good.
To facilitate ease of use, each item in the email is paired with a suggested discussion question. This provides “drag and drop” functionality – enabling faculty to easily integrate the articles, cases and other teaching materials in class discussions.
Through the weekly e-digest and the annual Ideas Worth Teaching Awards program for visionary teaching within the business school, this initiative provides tools, resources and inspiration for faculty preparing the next generation of business leaders. For more thought leadership from our award-winning faculty, explore this collection of thought-provoking essays.
Ideas Worth Teaching builds on over a decade of our work curating business cases and teaching resources for CasePlace.org. In 2016 CasePlace.org was taken offline and Ideas Worth Teaching took its place as a means to better reach and support our community of business school educators. More information on CasePlace can be found on our legacy site.
