Mr. Moyo’s background is in engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications. From 1996 to 1998, he worked with a television and payphone company in Tanzania as an installation, maintenance and transmission engineer. For the past seven years, he has been working with Tanzania’s telecommunications regulatory agency the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) as their licensing and enforcement officer.

In addition, he is also looking forward to sharing experiences in the preparation of policy, regulations and licenses, processing licensing for spectrum management, monitoring compliance with licensing conditions, and inspection of telecommunications networks and services.

Currently Mr. Moyo is pursing his Masters of Science in Telecommunications at Colorado University at Boulder, commencing summer 2006. He graduated in 1995 at University of Dar es Salaam and was awarded a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering Degree with Honors. He was also awarded a certificate in control engineering.
